Training PracticeNew Cross Surgery, Middleton Park Surgery and Swillington
Health Practice are working towards becoming training/teaching practices. This
means that patients may at times be seen by a registrar (a qualified doctor with
hospital experience). Registrars are attached to the practices for approximately
six months, and work with the support of the general practitioners. When you
book an appointment you may be asked if you would like to be seen by a registrar. Patient InvolvementWe want to involve all of our patients in the development
of our services. We therefore welcome feedback. You may periodically be asked
to complete questionnaires (provided by the practices or NHS), the results of
which help us to improve the quality of our services. Are You A Carer? If you look after someone with an illness or disability, you are a carer. If you would like more information please contact your practice. Primary Care ServicesFor further information regarding Primary Care Services,
